Rebecca Roberts - President & CEO

President & CEO

As President and CEO, Rebecca is responsible for the efficient, ethical, and legal operations of all agency functions, including accounting, operations, information technology, support services, human resources, compliance, and sales & marketing. Rebecca’s background and experience includes 11 years in the collection industry. Her positions within 11 years entail Collection Specialist, Transfer Specialist, Collection Manager, Operations Manager, Compliance, and VP & General Manager. Rebecca is a graduate of Siena Heights University with a Bachelor of Arts and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Organizational Leadership. She works extensively with ACA International as a representative for legislative issues regarding collection regulations and compliance. Rebecca currently holds the office of President of MACA and has been appointed by Governor Snyder to the Collection Practices Board which oversees the licensure of the collection agencies in Michigan.

Jennifer Silva - VP & General Manager

VP & General Manager

As Vice President & General Manager, Jennifer is responsible for the efficient, ethical, and legal operations of all agency functions, including accounting, operations, information technology, support services, human resources, sales and marketing. Her background and experience includes 8 years in the collection industry and held positions such as Collection supervisor, Support services supervisor, and Sales manager. Jennifer is licensed by the State of Michigan as Collection Agency Manager and her overall experience allows her to also know the function of positions lower level to senior level. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration.

Jaison Le Count, Director of Information Technology, joined L J Ross Associates, Inc. in July 2016. Overseeing L J Ross Associates, Inc.’s technology strategy and overall IT operations, Jaison’s primary responsibilities encompass a wide variety of strategic technology issues: governance of policy, resource allocation, account workflow campaigns, information technology protocols, physical and data security and the L J Ross Associates, Inc. information technology organization. L J Ross Associates, Inc. Information Technology provides IT infrastructure and services, information security systems and compliance, administrative systems and client support services. Prior to joining L J Ross Associates, Inc., Jaison spent over 20 years working for agencies in a variety of accounts receivable management sectors including medical, utility, governmental and financial sectors.

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Dale is responsible for the success of overall collection strategies, evaluation of departmental objectives and helps with the continuous development of company procedures to maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. He also assures accountability and success with accounts receivable management programs. He is a graduate of Siena Heights University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has been providing his skills in the collection industry for over 4 years.
