The Detroit Free Press Names L J Ross a 2022 Top Workplace!
L J Ross Associates, Inc. has been awarded as a Detroit Free Press Top Workplace of 2022. Top Workplace awards are based on anonymous responses to research-backed employee engagement surveys administered by Energage, LLC. The Energage Workplace Survey, is made of 24 base statements to be ranked, including Culture Imperatives of Align, Connect, Coach and Performance. Additionally, employees are asked to rank Employee Engagement, Leadership, and Basics (pay, benefits, flexibility, training, expectations). Survey results are compared to best-in-class benchmarks derived from more than 16 years and 27 million employee surveys across 70,000+ organizations.

To qualify for the Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Michigan. The rankings were based on composite scores calculated based on employee responses. L J Ross achieved a ranking of 23rd out of 90 ranked and 150 total companies in the small business category.
